Using Kurzweil 3000 to read Web pages

 SELECTING A BROWSER

Unfortunately the current Kurzweil installation is not compatible with the current version of Mozilla. To select Internet Explorer as the default browser used by Read the Web:

  1. From the Tools menu, choose Options.

  2. In the Options dialog box, click the Reading icon.

  3. In the Read the Web area, select Internet Explorer.

  1. Click Apply, then OK.

 

READ THE WEB:
                                   

  1. Click Read on Menu Bar.
  2. Click Read the Web in menu.
                       
The browser will open to the default home page. The toolbar below will display. Once the page is parsed, Kurzweil will begin reading. Use the toolbar (shown below) underneath the Web page to adjust the read settings..
