As Vice President of the Strategy Office at Independence Blue Cross, Brian has accountability for coordinating the development of the IBC Corporate Strategy using Market Research and Intelligence and also partnering with business leaders across the organization to design business plans and strategies to most effectively compete in the ever changing healthcare landscape. In addition, he also has accountability for Strategy Execution which includes: Portfolio, Program and Project Management, Business Analysis and Requirements Elicitation, Business Architecture and Enterprise Business Process Improvement.
Prior to his current role, Brian held various leadership positions throughout his 10 years at Independence Blue Cross across eBusiness, Operations, and Project Delivery functions, including leading several corporate initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving efficiency across the organization.
Brian holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
