Brian Finestein was named the Chief Executive Officer of Easton Hospital in September 2010.

Mr. Finestein possesses more than 30 years of experience as a health care leader. Prior to his arrival at Easton, Mr. Finestein served as CEO at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, Pa. Before that, he served in top leadership roles at Graduate Hospital, Hahnemann University Hospital and Albert Einstein Medical Center, all teaching hospitals in Philadelphia. His experience also includes executive positions at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown as well as facilities in New York and New Jersey.

Finestein has enjoyed many successes related to service line development and improvement as well as patient and physician satisfaction, noted by Easton Hospital’s Chief of Staff Stanley Walker, M.D. “Brian’s background shows an ability to manage health care with a focus on quality and satisfaction while also maintaining the necessary development and financial strategies required in today’s health care environment,” Walker says. “That combination is what you hope to find in a CEO.”

Mr. Finestein received his B.A. in Biological Sciences from Rutgers College in New Jersey and his Master of Arts in Health Care Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Mr. Finestein and his wife Isabel have resided in Orefield, PA for the past 14 years.
