Temporary Housing
While looking for a permanent place to live, some students opt to spend a few days with other Lehigh students or faculty members whom they have found through their department, colleagues, or student clubs. Please note: Musikfest occurs every August, usually the first or second week, so there are few hotel rooms available in downtown Bethlehem during that time.
Lehigh Temporary Housing
Warren Square A/ Lehigh University
Lehigh will be able to provide very limited temporary housing from Friday, 8/05 through Tuesday, 8/16 in Warren Square A. Warren Square A is air conditioned and has a common area kitchen and living room area - for additional information regarding Warren Square A, please visit the following webpage:

Warren Square A has 16 bed spaces (8 singles and 4 doubles). You will need to check in at the summer conference desk, located in the Campus Square D lounge (desk hours are 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, seven days a week - after hours, students would contact Campus Police, who would, in turn, contact our on call supervisor). Lehigh will provide bed linens and towels (pillow, blanket, sheets, 2 towels).
The costs are as follows (includes the linen fee):
Double occupancy – $27.85/person/night
Single occupancy – $31.75/person/night
CHECK-OUT must be completed before 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Any change in this time must be prearranged through the office to avoid additional charges. All keys must be returned to the Conference Services Desk.
