Lehigh University's Online Graduate Engineering Program has been named as one of the top 20 programs in the country, according to a survey conducted by U.S. News & World Report.
The online master's program earned the #19 ranking for the 2012-13 school year. Lehigh's distance education program for engineering grad students has been in existence since 2005.
U.S. News & World Report based their rankings on four weighted categories, including "Faculty Credentials & Training," "Student Services & Technology," "Student Engagement" and "Admissions Selectivity." Lehigh was solid in all categories, showcasing strong marks in both Student Services and Student Engagement.
Lehigh outranked several other excellent online masters engineering programs, including Arizona State University, Drexel University, Clemson University and the Stevens Institute of Technology (SIT).
