Mike Walsh is a 25-year veteran of the medical and industrial gas industry, and currently serves as CEO of TMG Gases, Inc. In this capacity, he oversees the firm's management of medical and industrial gas supply chains for some 9,000 clients from healthcare and other industries throughout the U.S.
In 1996, he invested in a small Dallas firm called Oxygen Services, which he eventually formed into LifeGas and grew into more than 50 manufacturing sites with distribution throughout the U.S. He ultimately sold LifeGas to Linde Gas North America, a leading U.S. medical gas provider, where he continued to build the business as its president. Prior to LifeGas, Walsh also held various roles at Praxair and at Chart Industries, where he was responsible for launching a delivery method that is now standard practice across the industrial gas market.
Mike received a B.S. in civil engineering from Lehigh University in 1990 and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He resides in Atlanta with his wife, Joy, and their children; their daughter, Chelsea, is a 2012 Lehigh graduate. His interests include adventure racing architecture, and mentoring student athletes in professional development.
