Keefe, Daniel C.

Daniel Charles Keefe was Chairman of Ingersoll-Rand from 1955 to 1967. He graduated from Lehigh in 1911. As CEO at Ingersoll-Rand, he more than doubled their 1937 earnings of nine million dollars to more than twenty-three million dollars in 1954 just before he was made Chairman of the Board. The company was among the top fifty financial performers of the 1950s.
