RESEARCH
The interrelationships between supervision process and outcome and counseling and psychotherapy process and outcome, including such issues as the working alliance, self-disclosures and nondisclosures, multicultural training, and ethics. Practice interests include supervision, individual counseling with adolescents, adults, families, and couples counseling from and integrationist perspective.

K-12 EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM PROGRAMS
Dr. Ladany and his fellow colleagues are currently providing educational training with regards to the most common social, emotional, behavioral and psychological issues affecting K-12 population. The training is tailored for international school administrators, parents, teachers and students.
