Jill Sperandio

"Women continue to be under represented in educational leadership.  We need to know why, and to help more women become active in educational decision-making. My work contributes to this by   documenting the status of women in educational leadership across continents and by country;  studying the ways that women attain positions of formal leadership within schools and universities; and  examining formal and informal programs and processes for the preparation of educational leaders and their usefulness for women."
