Listed below are the primary goals for the Center for Promoting Healthy Development for Individuals with Disabilties. These goals have been established to continue the Center's overall mission of enhancing the daily lives of individuals with disabilities. 1.	Develop the mission and over-arching goals for the Center
2.	Charter the Center at Lehigh University by gaining approval from University Committees and the Board of Trustees.
3.	Establish a National Advisory Board for the Center.
4.	Establish the Center facilities.
5.	Begin grant-writing research and development activities to secure additional funding for the Center.
6.	Commence public outreach efforts.
7.	Hire a permanent Center director.
8.	Hire a research scientist to conduct research.
9.	Complete a three-year strategic plan for the Center for Promoting Research to Practice.
10.	Identify initial community partners.
