I began my graduate studies in Spring 2008, while also working as a full time staff member in the College of Business and Economics at Lehigh, pursuing a Masters in Global Educational Leadership. My academic background is in International Business Management and Spanish, with a B.A. from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. I spent a semester abroad in Granada, Spain in 2004 and found my passion in international education throughout my travels there. One of my most rewarding experiences was working with 100 interns from 50 countries in the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business & Industry, in the capacity of an Associate Guide in Summer 2008. My research interests include the dynamics of global virtual teams and the effect of conflict on geographically distribution teams."
