This year PCHP is working hard to serve more families and make the program even better. Along with the National PCHP organization, Office of Earl Childhood Education in the School District of Philadelphia, we want to look at how PCHP gets children ready for school. We are inviting PCHP families to complete a few short reading activities that look at the growth of the children. PCHP home visitors will visit you and your child in your home for a special CARES visit to do these activities. Each CARES visit will take about 45 minutes. You will receive $25 gift card for each CARES visit. There are two visits scheduled for this year April and June. There will be three CARES visits next year. Your choice to participate will not affect the home visiting program you are currently receiving from PCHP.
