Mr. Tersigni is an entrepreneur who founded DigitallyU.com, and previously formed Mercantile Software Systems Inc in 1987. Mercantile was acquired by Harte-Hanks NYSE: HHS in 1998. Since acquisition, Tersigni has focused his developmental interest in interactive multimedia, educational technology, and broadcast media. In addition, Tersigni is a special advisor to Bear Stearns Primary Insight and Standard and Poor's Vista Research. He also taught marketing to full-time Wharton MBA Students at the University of Pennsylvania from 2005-2006.  He received his B.A. from Lafayette College, M.A. in Interactive Communication from American University, and MS in Instructional Design from Lehigh University.
