Mr. Tersigni is an entrepreneur. He founded DigitallyU, an interactive media company and previously formed Mercantile Software Systems Inc. Mercantile was acquired by Harte-Hanks NYSE: HHS, where Tersigni served as senior vice president of marketing and sales. Since acquisition, Tersigni has focused his developmental interest in interactive multimedia and educational technology, and also assists financial institutions in enterprise software technology acquisitions. Tersigni is a media advisor to Atirum Magazine, a healthcare publication founded by Yale University medical students. He also taught marketing to full-time Wharton MBA Students at the University of Pennsylvania from 2005-2006. He received his B.A. from Lafayette College, M.A. from American University, and MS from Lehigh University.
