Nathaniel S. Gore '75, P'13, is the founder and managing partner of Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman, LLP, a New York City law firm concentrating in middle market mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity investments. Mr. Gore, a 1975 graduate of Lehigh University's College of Business and Economics, has been a practicing lawyer for his entire business career and received legal degrees from Brooklyn Law School (JD) and the New York University School of Law (LLM). He is a member of the board of directors of several companies which his firm represents and has frequently lectured on conducting mergers and acquisitions in the mortgage banking field.
