Charlayne Hayling

Charlayne Hayling has a sincere passion for children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral needs. As a future counseling psychologist she ascribes to a systemic approach, which integrates social justice, advocacy, motivation, and change.

Charlayne has completed 3 years of graduate study within Lehigh University's College of Education. During that time, she has worked on a plethora of research projects within the Center for Promoting Research to Practice where she is currently serving as the Data Coordinator for the federally-funded, Project REACH. She also worked on projects at Centennial School, the Bethlehem Area School District, and with the College of Education faculty members.

In the future, Charlayne hopes to inform research, intervention, and practice in the area of child and adolescent mental health as a multi culturally-competent administrator, consultant, and research scholar.
