RESEARCH
Counselor supervision and training (including the supervisory working alliance, racial identity interaction, nondisclosure, ethics, integrative complexity, and multicultural competence). Research methodoloogy and statistical applications in outcome, process, and experimental research. Practice interests include supervision, individual counseling with adolescents, family and couples counseling, and group counseling from and integrationist perspective.
- K-12 Educational Curriculum Programs
Dr. Ladany and his fellow colleagues are currently providing educational training with regards to the most common social, emotional, behavioral and psychological issues affecting K-12 population. The training is tailored for international school administrators, parents, teachers and students.
