Dr. Perry Zirkel is a prolific writer in the area of school law and the primary author or Section 504, the ADA, and the Schools. Dr. Zirkel is an active labor arbitrator and also serves on the special education hearing appeals panel for PA.

RESEARCH
In addition to providing data analytic support for a wide variety of research endeavors within the College, Dr. Lutz has published in the area of univariate and multivariate statistical modeling, with particular attention to model unification and post-hoc optimization. He has also developed and published a number of special purpose computational units as well as stand-alone statistical programs.
