RESEARCH
Dr. Richardson's research interests lay in three topical areas (1) minority student development (e.g., recruitment, retention, racial identity, the imposter phenomena, (2) bullying behavior, and (3) multicultural competence. I have conducted research in each of these areas of scholarly interest over the past 15 years. In order to conduct research in these distinct research areas, it has been necessary for me to establish two research teams that include students and colleagues. Listed below are titles of research studies that I have presented at conferences, prepared manuscripts and sought publication in the past 5 years. My scholarship goals are to continue to produce high quality research in each area and dedicate the lions’ share of my research time to submitting manuscripts for publication.
