RESEARCH
Dr. White is nationally recognized for his research and development of 
the middle school concept. He applies organizational development and 
change theory to improving the education of pre-adolescent students. 
He has published articles, book chapters, and a book related to 
improving middle schools. In addition to research and writing, Dr. 
White consults nationally. He has worked with over sixty school 
districts, educational organizations, and colleges and universities in 
addressing issues associated with organizational development and 
change, partnership development, and strategic planning.
