Date: Wed, 03 Jun 1998 09:04:11 -0500 (EST) From: John McCleary Subject: a journal idea Dear Don, With all the discussion of electronic publishing, I thought you might like to distribute the appended message concerning an effort by some chemists. John -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------ Dear Scientists, Cindy Dubinski forwarded this to me from a Document Delivery list. The journal may be of interest to Chemists but I'm sending it to all in case anyone is in a similar editorial board policy making position or cares to lobby an association publications board to allow such easy transfer of information. For your information, most electronic journal licenses preclude any ILL. As more libraries move to the electronic format getting articles via ILL may become difficult/impossible unless more licenses recognise the need for reasonable ILL.
