Subject: Hopf access denial

The demands on Hopf's web server have died down somewhat, generating
only 13 megabytes of log files of attempted access in the last 5 days.

I expect to leave the access restrictions ( namely, that a lot of dialup
isp's are locked out ) until it tapers off more.

If you need to access Hopf from home and are currently locked out,
please send me e--mail with enough details (your isp name and the
typical ip number and name aassigned to your connection).
