Subject: Question about fibrations

A question for the mailing list:

Suppose that E->B is a Serre fibration. Then |SE|->|SB| is again a Serre
fibration (S = singular simplicial set). Do its fibers have the homotopy
type of CW complexes? (Not assuming that E and B do.) Is this obviously
false, a well-known result, or neither?
