Even with a very fast connection, it will take a good bit of time to download. We suggest you use Internet Explorer and close all other windows. Instead of left clicking on the above link, it may be helpful to right click and choose "Save target file as"..."movie clip." To get it to play, there is still an issue of having a proper codec. You should be able to play it if you have Windows Media Player version 10, which can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com. It may also be necessary that you have DVD Viewer on your computer. (This worked for Ranjan and Yiliang.) Here is what worked for Ken Monks: "If your computer cannot play the song contest video, you can play it (on a Windows machine) with Media Player Classic (which comes with Real Alternative).
