Two amendments to my previous posting:

1. The Adem-Karoubi paper was only Karoubi testing the submission
process, and is not available for downloading.  There will be more to
follow from Karoubi.

2. Clarence is now accepting submissions via e-mail attachments.  To do
this, bundle your .abstract and .dvi files into a tar file or a zip
archive, and attach that file to your e-mail message to Clarence
(wilker@math.purdue.edu).  This will only work if whatever mailer you
use supports attachments--Eudora will probably work, but regular mail
from a Unix box will not.  I have no idea about pine or elm.
