Staff Information
Cheryl A. Ashcroft
Cheryl has been the Assistant Dean of Students for Academic Support Services since 1993. Her primary responsibility is to assist students with cognitive disorders, such as learning disabilities and attention deficit disorder. Prior to her appointment at Lehigh, she was employed at Northampton Community College for 15 years where she was the Director of Disability Support Services. Cheryl, a licensed psychologist, received her BA in Psychology and her M. Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Kutztown University.
Lisa S. Ruebeck
Lisa is the Program Coordinator for Students with Disabilities. She works primarily with students with cognitive disabilities, serving as both coach and learning specialist. Lisa has 5 years of experience at the college level, and another 5 years serving the K-12 population at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. She earned a Master’s Degree in Reading, Language and Learning Disabilities from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
