Assuming you are the administrator for a site, or that you, as a user, has been set up with the ability to delete items, you can delete any web page you can navigate to in Contribute.
To delete a web page, bring it up in the Contribute window, and choose Delete Page from the File menu. Choose Yes from the pop-up window and the page witll be deleted.
