You can customize the Insert Panel/toolbar by adding your most-used choices to the Favorites section.
To do this, choose "Customize Favorites" from the Insert menu.
Choose the objects you want to appear in favorites and click the >> button.
When you have selected all the shortcuts you want on your Favorites toolbar, click OK.
The Insert panel will be displayed with the Favorites selected:
