Linderman Library is available (during the fall and spring semesters):

All desktop systems are connected to the fiber backbone network with Gigabit Ethernet.
The laptop computers are connected to the wireless backbone network. There
are two HP 4250dtn networked printers located in 132W (west reading room) that are available to the desktop and portable
computers. Select HARDWARE for a listing of
computing equipment at other locations.
Gateway Profile 6 computers are available throughout the Library as follows:

There are also 3 IMacs available in the Room 130 lobby L-N.
There is also a Dell Periodicals Lookup station in Room 132E (east reading room).
There are 2 printers available in 132W. The following Site computers print to the "A" printer (Linderman-Rm132wa-HP4250.CC.Lehigh.EDU): Positions o, p, q, and r in 132W, and the 5 computers labeled a-e in the cafe. All Library Services Kiosks, plus the following Site computers print to the "B" printer (Linderman-Rm132wb-HP4250.CC.Lehigh.EDU): Positions b, c, d, f, g, and h in 132W, and the 3 computers in the lobby area labeled i, j, and k.
The scanners that are available in the 34M stacks are intended for fast self-service scans of text and pictures. The images can then be saved to a CD, to a jump drive, or to the network H: drive. For intensive scanning work or image editing, go to the Media Center, which has image editing and OCR software.
The scanner PCs can be rebooted, but please ask for assistance before you refresh/reload the hard disk image. If the hard disk image is refreshed/reloaded, the scanning software will need to be reinstalled.

Room 302 houses a public site/classroom with 24 computers, a printer, and an instructor's station with a projection system including DVD/VCR. The printer name for this room is Linderman-Rm302-HP4250.CC.Lehigh.EDU. This room is scheduled through LTS. Rooms 402 and 404 house an instructor's station with plasma displays, including DVD/VCR. Rooms 300 and 400 have an instructor's station with projection system including DVD/VCR. These rooms are available for reservation through the Registrar. This room has its own printer, Linderman-Rm302-HP4250.CC.Lehigh.EDU.
Room 200 (Humanities Forum) and room 342 (Galleria) also have projection capabilities. They are scheduled through LTS, and are available for students for group studies all other times.
