HPC-Lehigh Resources: Software

There are a number of licensed HPC applications available on Altair and all LEAF computers (unless otherwise noted). LEAF machines run 32-bit applications, and Altair runs 64-bit applications if at all possible.

The applications are listed below along with their version numbers. Most are in the default PATH (/usr/local/bin) and so can be invoked by name. A few applications require an initial setup to "source" environment variables - be aware of the leading dot "." in the setup command.64-bit applications on Altair are installed in these folders:

/usr/local/ (local disc)
/afs/cc.lehigh.edu/common/amd64_linux26/ (network disc)

32-bit LEAF applications are installed in this folder:

/usr/local/ -> /afs/cc.lehigh.edu/common/i386_linux26/ (network disc)

Following Software is available on different systems in HPC. Please follow the links for specific instructions.
