| There are scripts you must source, in addition to the Intel compiler setup scripts that you must run in order to set the proper environment variables to access the IMSL C/C++ or Fortran 90 numerical libraries. Below are the shell scripts you must source for the bourne or bash shell environments. (There are different ones for users of the csh).

| To use with the Intel C/C++ compiler, please type the following:
". /usr/local/vni/imsl/cnl600/linux/bin/cnlsetup.sh"
Remember the dot space before the "cnlsetup.sh script".
Below is the script that is necessary in order to set the proper environment variables to access IMSL Fortran 90 libraries to use with the Intel Fortran 90 compiler. Please try the following:
". /usr/local/vni/imsl/fnl600/lnxin100i32/bin/fnlsetup.sh"
