2007 Lehigh University Awards

The following College of Education staff members were recognized for their exemplary contributions to their department, stem and the University in 2006-2007. 

Julie B. Fogt, Centennial School, for her hard work, dedication, and unswerving commitment to the development of effective practices for working with students having behavioral and emotional disabilities, thereby contributing to the knowledge of the field, helping transform the culture of the Centennial School, and indelibly touching the lives of students, parents, colleaques, and young professionals who have passed through the school’s doors over the years. 

Michael P. George, Centennial School, for outstanding leaderhip of the Centennial School resulting in an exemplary school and training program which recently received acclaim by the American Institutes for Research as one of a handful of model programs nationwide. His coolaborative efforts with the College of Education have facilitated the training and research of the faculty. 

Daphne P. Hobson, College of Education, for her work in development and significant growth in the College’s Office of International Programs. 

Donna Johnson, Admissions Coordinator, received the Perry & Carol Zirkel Award which recognizes outstanding performance and contributions by a nonexempt staff member.
