PC INSTRUCTIONS ON USING THE LOGO IN MICROSOFT WORD

To use the logo in a Microsoft Word document, please use the jpg file. The instructions below are for use after you've downloaded the jpg logo.

• Open your Microsoft Word document and place the cursor where you want to place the logo.
• In the Menu, go to Insert > Picture and in the sub-menu select
  From File...
• A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to find and select the logo from where ever you saved the downloaded jpg file.
• Once you make your selection, click INSERT. When the image appears in the Microsoft Word document it will look very large.
• To resize it, click on it once. Small "handles" will appear on the corners and sides. Click and hold the corner handles only to resize. This is the only way to resize the logo in proportion. DO NOT USE THE SIDE HANDLES TO RESIZE, doing so will squeeze and stretch the logo.
