Edmond Watters, III is the President of Quality Professional Consulting, a private management consulting firm where he leads, markets and manages consulting services for small and midsized companies. Before starting his own consulting firm, Edmond was the President and Dean of Academic Affairs at the Montgomery County Community College for seven years. He received his BA in Psychology, M.A. in Guidance and Counseling and Ed.D. in Leadership and Foundation from Lehigh University. Mr. Watters now teaches for the COE International Programs. Mr. Watters was an officer of the United States Army, stationed in Germany where he earned the Army Commendation Medal and the German-American Friendship Award. Mr. Watters is a trustee of at The Pathway School, Perkiomen School, Z-Tech, the American Red Cross, Liberty Merchant Group and Operations Crossroads Africa. He was the recipient of the Outstanding National Achievement Award, a United Nations Fellow and a Fulbright Scholar.
