Information Sessions:

Information Sessions are a great way to present background information and career information about your company in a group setting.  Information Sessions are usually held the evening prior to On-Campus Interviews.

On-Campus Interview Services (OCI)

Lehigh University hosts between 200-300 companies each year with our On-Campus Interview program.  Interviews typically begin in early October through December in the Fall semester, and resume mid-February through April during the Spring.  We invite you to consider joining us in this highly effective recruiting technique.

To Schedule your On-Campus Recruiting Dates:
Contact our Recruiting Coordinator, at 610-758-3710 to arrange interview schedules. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizations often reserve dates one year in advance to ensure their preferred time-frame.

Facilities & Special Services:
Interviewing facilities include private interview rooms with a telephone, convenient parking deck, and a kitchen with refreshments.

Employer Information:
Our Career Library holds reference materials for employers. Recruiting literature and application forms can be distributed to students prior to interviews.

Luncheon Arrangements:
The faculty-recruiter luncheon offered daily for all employers provides an excellent opportunity to learn more about Lehigh, our faculty, and students.

100% Candidate Pre-selection:
At Lehigh, you interview the students you want to see. If the number of students interested in interviewing with an organization exceeds the capacity of the interview schedule(s) reserved, all profiles of those interested will be sent to the employer. Employers have the option to pre-select whom they wish to interview on campus.

Ethics & Practices:

Equal employment opportunity should be a major consideration in this process and employers should be judicious in the criteria used for pre-selection of candidates.
