WHY INTERESTED IN THE PROJECT:
I believe this project will provide me with the training necessary
to understand the impact of health on school functioning. Possessing this
knowledge will help to redefine the role of the traditional school psychologist
and will open the door to unique career opportunities. I feel that the coursework
and practicum assignments will provide excellent, interesting training wxperiences
and will allow me to become competent in working with a wide range of children
and families.
