The Vagina Monologues
The Women's Center is home for the annual production of the Vagina Monologues. More information can be found at their page here. Audition times, as well as the date of the production, will be added as it becomes available.
The 2009 production's Co-producers are Shelly Harris and Zoë Zachariades.
The Vagina Monologues are advised by Rita Jones. Break the Silence
Break the Silence is a group of students who volunteer their time to address the issue of sexual violence on campus. Based in the Women's Center, Break the Silence volunteers monitor at 24 hour a day, seven day a week sexual violence peer hotline during the fall and spring semesters**.
**Calls received over the winter and summer breaks are forwarded to Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley.

Body Empowerment Alliance
The Body Empowerment Alliance is a working group that focuses on body image issues, eating disorders, and self-esteem. The BEA has a Body Image Workshop that they present to campus groups such as sororities, sports teams, and residence halls. The BEA is responsible for planning Lehigh's Annual Healthy Body Image Week.
The group is currently meeting every Friday from 12pm-1pm in the Women's Center, Room UC 207.

Women of Color Alliance
The Women of Color Alliance (WoCA) has existed in the Women's Center in several forms over the years.
WoCA programs have included a round table discussion, the open mic series "Color of Love", attendance at a conference at Shippensburg University, as well as exploring gender roles in other cultures through programs with other clubs. Two of the Women's Center staff members who coordinated WoCA, Sarah Jefferson and Nayla Raad, were founders of The Movement.
WoCA is looking for new co-coordinators.
