USCIS Increase Processing Fees
Effective July 30, 2007, USCIS sets new fees for the processing of immigration benefit applications and petitions. Applications filed on or after July 30 will need to include the new fee.
Here are some of the applications/petitions commonly filed by international students and scholars:
