My child is going to be out sick today, what should I do?
Call the school office (610.266.6500) and let them know your child will be out for the day. When your child returns the next day, be sure to send in a written note explaining the reason for the absence. For longer absences, please refer to page 5 of the Parent & Student Handbook.
How can I get involved?
Centennial encourages parents’ participation in their child’s education program and has identified a number of ways for that to occur. Some of the opportunities for greater involvement are listed below:
- Participation on school committees
- Parent Advisory Council
- Bullying prevention programs
- Fundraising
- Breakfast and lunch program
- Parent resource center
- Chaperone field trips
- Special events, like the Annual 5K Race, Talent Show, Carnival, Career Day, Honor Roll breakfasts, Open Houses, and graduation ceremonies.

How can I enroll my child at Centennial?
Children and youth are referred to the Centennial School from any of 40 local school districts and intermediate units from the surrounding area.
Parents and guardians who wish to explore the possibility of enrolling their child in the Centennial School program should contact their home district for more information.
