The Role of the Faculty in Fulfilling Lehigh's Mission and Goals

This portion of the site provides data from recent presentations to the Board of Trustees about issues concerning the university faculty. Recognizing the vital role which faculty members play in advancing the institution's mission and goals, members of the faculty and the Board of Trustees have devoted significant time and attention to developing strategic initiatives designed to recruit and retain the highest caliber of faculty members, and to create the best possible environment for current faculty members.
