Meet the University Ombudspersons
The Ombudspersons at Lehigh serve as a neutral, independent, confidential and informal conflict resolution resource for all members of the Lehigh community, adhering to the Standards of Practice of the International Ombudsman Association.Ombudspersons report to the President, and provide an annual report to identify systemic issues that are causing, or could possibly cause, conflict within the university. Professors Rosemary Mundhenk and Chuck Smith were appointed university Ombudspersons in January 2008. They are available to meet with students, faculty, and staff, on or off campus, at their discretion. The Ombuds' hours are flexible, and a time to meet can be arranged by phone or e-mail.
