You will need to adjust the organization of your
images. Fireworks is a vector-based graphics program, so you do
not have to use layers like you would in a program such as Photoshop.
First select the bowl by clicking on it with
the Black Arrow tool. Drag the bowl to the bottom of your image.
You will want the bowl to be on the top of the
canvas. Right click on the bowl. Choose Arrange
- Bring To Front (Ctrl-Shift-Up).

Now place the apple behind the bowl. Select the
apple with the Black Arrow tool and move it over the bowl. Right
click on the apple and select Arrange - Send to
Back (Ctrl-Shift-Down).

Now you have the bowl set on the front of the
canvas, and the apple set on the back of the canvas. The grape will
be in the middle because there are only three parts to the image.
For more complex images, you can use Bring
Forward and Send Backward for further organization.
Select the grapes with the Black Arrow tool.
Move the grapes into the bowl, so that they slightly overlap the
apple. Your final image should look like this.

Now to save the file click File
- Export Preview. Because this image has a transparent background,
we will save it as a GIF file. Use JPEG if you do not want a transparent
background.
Choose GIF as the Format.
Choose Alpha Transparency from the drop box
at the bottom. Finally, hit Export, and choose
where to save the file. Your network drive (H:\) is a good place
to save your files.

Now your final image should look similar to the
one below.
