This tutorial will help you create a rollover button, like the one above, in Macromedia Fireworks and Dreamweaver.

Fireworks and Dreamweaver are complementary programs and are meant to be used together. You can create a rollover button in Dreamweaver alone, but Fireworks will streamline the process.

It is recommended that you have Dreamweaver for this tutorial. It is available in all Lehigh computer labs through the Software link on the desktop. If you do not have Dreamweaver you can still export your button by pasting the code you create into the HTML code of your page, but only advanced users should attempt this.
