Orientation Leaders (OLs) are student role models who serve a vital role in the transition of our first-year students from high school to college as well as helping new transfer students adjust to Lehigh. OLs are dedicated students who possess strong leadership and communication skills, a desire to be part of a team, and pride in Lehigh University. Each Orientation Leader will have a small group of 20-25 first-year students they will work with throughout evoLUtion.
Orientation Coordinators, or OCs, are students who have been OLs for at least a year. They help plan Orientation Leader recruitment and selection, assist in planning spring and August training for the staff and they are available to assist first-year students in the summer by answering questions and giving “student to student” advice.
