Welcome

The mission of the Office of Financial Aid is to reduce the financial barriers to a Lehigh education for those families whose resources alone would make it impossible to meet the cost of attendance.

College selection should be based on educational growth opportunities, not on the price. Financial aid is designed to make college affordable for families unable to meet its costs. Lehigh University is deeply committed to providing need-based financial aid.

During the 2006 - 2007 academic year, Lehigh will award more than $45.5 million in university-funded grants and scholarships, and a total of nearly $75 million in all forms of scholarships, loans and employment. Approximately 52% of Lehigh's undergraduate students receive some form of institutional aid.
