The Office of Financial Aid recognizes the challenges of financing graduate school.  We are committed to providing our graduate student population with the assistance necessary to obtain funds for completion of their education.  Need–based graduate student assistance comes in the form of Stafford Loans and work opportunities. Teaching, research and graduate assistantships are academic awards and are made by individual departments.  International students are encouraged to apply for funding to outside sponsoring agencies or home governments.
