From Route 22:
For those of you who must use Route 22, take the Route 378 exit in Bethlehem. Route 378 heads only south. Continue for 3.6 miles and when you cross the bridge over the Lehigh River, be careful to stay in the left-turn lane marked “Third Street.” Bear left at the traffic light for Third Street at the south end of the bridge. Continue one block to the traffic light at Brodhead Avenue. At a four-way stop, turn right onto West Packer Avenue. H.S. Mohler Laboratory will be on your left and parking on your right.
From I-78 East/West:
Take Exit 21 (Hellertown/Bethlehem) and turn right onto Route 412 North at the end of the exit ramp. Continue on 412 North for approximately 1.5 miles. (Note, after 0.7 miles, Route 412 North curves to the left.) At 1.5 miles at the light just before a bridge, continue straight across the bridge onto E. Fourth Street (Route 412 goes right). Continue straight to the intersection of E. Fourth Street and Brodhead (about 1.5 miles). Make a left at the light at the corner of E. Fourth Street and Brodhead. Continue on Brodhead to the first stop sign (four-way stop). The building is located on the corner to the right; 200 W. Packer Avenue/Mohler Lab #200, ESC is on the second floor.
From Route 309/378 (Quakertown):
Take Route 309 North and follow signs to Route 378 North. Proceed on Route 378 into the outskirts of Bethlehem. At the second yellow light, make a right onto Summit Street. At the end of Summit Street, turn left onto Brodhead Avenue. Proceed to Packer Avenue and make a left. The building is the first one on the left; 200 W. Packer Avenue/Mohler Lab #200, ESC is on the second floor.
