The Philip Rauch Center for Business Communications, an academic center of Lehigh University, aims to support and foster development of e-commerce paradigms within the College of Business and Economics. In addition the Center focuses on the more traditional modes of business communication such as writing technique, rhetoric, and oral presentation skills. The late Philip Rauch, a prominent member of Lehigh University's class of '33, established the Center in 1981 through a generous contribution.
The role of the Center is:
- To recognize and communicate to students the skills needed to function in business today;
- To serve as a faculty-friendly teaching, learning, and technology center;
- To support and develop the initiatives of affiliated CBE Centers.
The Center also administers the Excel Competency Program. Click here to visit the program's website.
The Rauch Center for Business Communication is dedicated to providing students and faculty with an accessible, diversified, and up-to-date range of services, designed to most effectively meet current, and anticipate future business communication needs.
