Paleohydrogeology in the Appalachian Valley and Ridge and Plateau, West Virginia
(collaborative with Mark Evans, Central Connecticut State University)

Recent M. S. student Carolyn Brown at work collecting vein samples.

Mark Evans supervising paleomag drilling.  The sampling for isotope work was closely coordinated with the drilling for the paleomagnetic research conducted by Mark Evans.

Carolyn Brown, assisted by Adrienne Johnson (a Lehigh University M.S. student who recently worked on paleohydrogeology of the Idaho-Montana thrust belt), collecting samples for Carolyn's isotope study of fluid-rock interactions and fluid sources during thrusting.
