Submit a Proposal

Use the following form to submit a proposal for a paper to be presented at the conference. Proposals are due no later than March 31, 1997. All proposal submissions must be in English. Please fill out the form completely, including both the Abstract (50 words maximum) and Proposal Statement (2000 words maximum) fields. Or you may submit your proposal via electronic mail to April Metzler at:

Please make sure that submissions by electronic mail conform to the same guidelines: Include your complete surface mail address, telephone number, and affiliation, along with both a short abstract and a complete proposal statement.

Alternately, you may submit the proposal via regular (surface) mail:

If you elect to submit your proposal in this fashion, please include an electronic copy of the entire proposal as a plain (ASCII) text file on diskette.

Regardless of the method you choose for submission, on the first day of the conference, please bring a written copy of the paper so that it can be distributed. This will help facilitate discussion, particularly for the non-English-speaking participants.

REMINDER: Submission of a proposal does not automatically register you for the conference, nor arrange lodging. These arrangements must be made separately.
